The App

The App provides access to educational catalog information, study resources, and features for downloading content for offline reading. Content availability may change without notice.

The App is an independent educational resource. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCERT, CBSE, any government authority, or any educational board.

Eligibility and Use by Students

If you are below the age required to enter into a binding agreement where you live, you may use the App only with permission from a parent, guardian, school, or other authorized adult. That adult is responsible for your use of the App.

You may use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its APIs, or related systems;
  • copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit App content unless the applicable rights holder permits it;
  • remove copyright, attribution, or other proprietary notices;
  • use automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the App or its services; or
  • use the App in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

Content and Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, code, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Codepick and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Study materials may be owned by NCERT, their respective authors, publishers, or other rights holders. You are responsible for complying with any licence, attribution, and permitted-use conditions that apply to the material you access or download. Downloading content for offline reading does not transfer ownership of that content to you.

Educational Disclaimer

The App is provided for general educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee that content is complete, current, error-free, suitable for a particular examination, or appropriate for every learner. You should verify important educational information with official sources and qualified educators.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App may display advertisements and may link to or use third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads, Firebase, video providers, and content APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

You must not click advertisements fraudulently or use any method intended to generate invalid ad impressions, clicks, or rewards.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App, including content, features, advertisements, or offline-download availability, at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codepick and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or educational opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the App or other users, or where required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms in the App or at their published URL and update the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
