Information We Collect
The App does not require you to create a profile with a name, email address, or password. It may nevertheless process the following categories of information:

How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide NCERT study-material browsing, downloads, and offline reading;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App;
- measure app performance and crashes;
- deliver notifications when you allow them;
- display and measure advertisements; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Service Providers and Data Sharing
We use service providers that may process information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms:
- Google Firebase for anonymous authentication, analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and cloud messaging;
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and its advertising partners for ad delivery, measurement, and consent handling; and
- Microsoft Clarity for session analytics, including app screen visuals, screen views, and touch interactions used to understand and improve app usability; and
- Catalog and content API providers to supply study-material metadata and content.
These providers may process technical identifiers, IP address, app usage, and other information needed to provide their services. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy information, including the Google Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy information, and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or security of users or others, or in connection with a business transfer where permitted by law.
Advertising, Consent, and Choices
The App may display banner, native, interstitial, rewarded, and App Open advertisements. Where required, the App requests consent before using personal data for advertising. Your choices may affect the ads you see, but may not remove all advertising.
You can manage device-level advertising settings through your device settings. You can disable notifications through the App’s notification permission or your device settings. If the App presents a privacy-options control, you may use it to revisit available advertising-consent choices.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law. Study-material downloads and preferences are generally retained on your device until you remove them or uninstall the App. Service providers may retain information under their own policies.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
The App provides educational material and may be used by students. We do not knowingly request a child’s name, email address, or other directly identifying profile information through the App. However, the services described above may process device and technical information.
If the App is offered to children or students below the age of digital consent in a particular jurisdiction, we will seek any consent required by applicable law and configure advertising and data practices accordingly. A parent, guardian, school, or other authorized adult who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us using the details above.
International Data Transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We may need to verify your request and may be unable to fulfill it where an exception applies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy in the App or at its published policy URL and update the effective date.
