Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 10, 2026

This policy explains what information Arrow Puzzle Game: Arrow Escape (the “App”), published by Codepick (“we”, “us”), collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the App on Android and iOS.

Summary

  • No account, no login, no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
  • Your game progress and settings stay on your device.
  • The App shows ads through Google AdMob, and uses Google Firebase for analytics and crash reports. These services collect some device and usage information, described below.

Information stored only on your device

  • Game progress: levels completed, stars, daily challenges, trophies, hearts and hints.
  • Settings: sound, music and vibration preferences.

This data is never sent to us. Uninstalling the App deletes it.

Information collected automatically

Advertising — Google AdMob

The App is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect:

  • The device advertising ID (Android Advertising ID, or Apple IDFA if you allow tracking on iOS)
  • IP address, device model, operating system, language and app version
  • Ad interactions, such as ads shown and tapped

Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your choices (see Your choices). See how Google uses this data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Analytics — Google Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played so we can improve levels and balance. It records:

  • Gameplay events: a level starting and ending, whether it was solved, and the stars earned
  • Ad events: which ad formats were loaded and shown
  • A Firebase app-instance ID, device model, operating system, app version, and approximate country (derived from your IP address)

Crash reports — Google Firebase Crashlytics

If the App crashes or hits an error, Crashlytics sends a report containing the error details, device model, operating system, app version and a random Crashlytics installation ID. We use these reports only to fix bugs.

Game content and ad settings — Codepick servers

The App downloads new levels and ad settings from our servers (codepick.in). Like any web server, they receive your IP address as part of the request. The ad-settings request also includes a random ID created when the App is first installed. It is not tied to your device or identity, and is used only to keep your install in the same ad-settings test group. We do not use these requests to identify you.

How we use information

  • To show ads that keep the App free
  • To understand gameplay and improve levels
  • To find and fix crashes
  • To deliver new levels

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

  • Ad consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and other regions where required): the App asks for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice anytime in Settings → Privacy options.
  • iOS tracking: the App asks permission before accessing your IDFA. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Android advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads on some devices).
  • Delete local data: uninstall the App.

Data retention

Progress data stays on your device until you uninstall the App. Analytics and crash data are kept by Google according to the retention settings of our Firebase project (Analytics: up to 14 months; Crashlytics: up to 90 days). Ad data is kept by Google according to its own policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Because we do not collect names or contact details, the data we can link to you is limited to the random IDs described above. To make a request, contact us at the email below.

Children

The App is rated for everyone but is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data sent by the App travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
